OUR PROGRAMS

OUR KEY PROGRAMS

At Obele Women Empowerment Foundation (OWEF), our programs are designed to equip women and young girls with the skills, knowledge, and support systems they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

We focus on practical, impact-driven initiatives that promote digital inclusion, economic empowerment, and sustainable growth—ensuring that every participant gains tools that translate into real-life opportunities.

01.

Women in Tech Program

The Women in Tech Program was OWEF’s first bold step toward closing the gender gap in the technology space.

Launched as a structured pathway for women ready to gain digital skills, the program was designed to help participants step confidently into the future of work and position themselves for global opportunities.

02.

Women Economic Empowerment Program

The Women Economic Empowerment Program is an ongoing initiative focused on strengthening women’s capacity to achieve financial independence and sustainable livelihoods.

It equips women with tools to build, manage, and grow income-generating opportunities, enabling clarity, stability, and long-term economic confidence.
